Welcome to OCTI

Who we are:

Indivisible groups are where everyday people turn outrage into action. Founded in 2017, OCTI builds lasting power on our home turf (Congressional District CT 3) including Orange, Milford, Stratford, West Haven and a dozen other towns. Our mission is to defeat authoritarianism here in the US, rebuild our democracy and elect leaders who share our values. Together we organize for change, fight back against tyranny and prove in every action that courage is contagious.

What we do:

Build grassroots power and hold members of Congress accountable. Brought together by Indivisible's practical guide to resist this administration's agenda, Indivisible is a movement of more than 2,000 chapters nationally taking regular and various actions to fulfill our collective mission..

How we do it:

We organize and take action individually, in specific committees and as a whole. We write or call our Members of Congress regularly, attend rallies and protests, register voters, write post cards and letters to editors, boycott businesses that support this corrupt and unlawful administration, keep track of state legislation, and work on campaigns for candidates who share our values.

There is no better cure for the fear, anxiety and powerlessness you can feel when you don't know what to do. Join us, a group of like-minded people working to save our democracy from theocratic autocracy.
